Project description: Environmental conditions were recognized upon a request from our Japanese client, E&E Solutions Inc. in order to inform the main client (MCNS) to make business decisions about the property. MCNS intends to be joined venture with Namasazan Emrooz Company. In this context, MCNS wishes to identify and document the current environmental status of the site. Namasazan Emrooz Co. is specialized in manufacturing of Aluminium Composite Panel, Decorative Sandwich Panel, Industrial Poly Urethane Sandwich Panel and Pre-painted Galvanized Roof Sheet.

Services: Phase I and Phase II Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) were carried out. Current and past environmental conditions, as well as a cursory overview of the current environmental compliance status of the subject site was Identified and documented. A materiality threshold of 50,000 EUR was applied per identified issues.
