Project Description: Iran Petrochemical Company (Public Joint Stock Company) was founded in 1959. Six years later the name of this company was changed to Pazargad Chemical Company. Since 2002 this company has resumed its operation under the name of Pazargad Non-Industrial Company, and at present is an affiliate of Persian Gulf Holding. This company manages the non- industrial operations of petrochemical industries such as organizational residences and urban facilities of affiliated companies of petrochemical industries. It also provides administrative, social, recreational and healthcare services. In this regard Pazargad Non-Industrial Co. plans to establish a residential /recreational and sports region in Pars Special Economic Zone with the aim of providing service to petrochemical plants of the special zone located close to Parak village in Kangan County.

Services: SAM Rah Shahr carried out the environmental baseline studies and environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the residential, recreational and sports complex.
