Project description: Environmental conditions were recognized in order to inform our French client, Vossloh Cogifer to make business decisions about the property of IRID. Vossloh Cogifer intends to be joined venture with IRID. In this context, the client wishes to identify and document the current environmental status of the site. The site specializes in manufacturing different types of turnout (railroad switch) for railway, metro, tramway, mine railway and industrial railway.

Services: Environmental Due Diligence Assessment (EDD) for a railroad switch manufacturer was carried out upon a request from our French client, Vossloh Cogifer. Current and past environmental conditions, as well as a cursory overview of the current environmental compliance status of the subject site were Identified during site visit. A materiality threshold of €50,000 was applied per identified issues.
