Project description: Since the contract involved a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), details of the project cannot be disclosed.

Services: Environmental, Health and Safety Due Diligence Assessments (EHSDD) for two sites of a refractory materials manufacturer were carried out upon a request from our Swiss client, Pöyry. Current and past environmental conditions, as well as a cursory overview of the current environmental compliance status of the subject site were Identified during site visit.  A materiality threshold of €50,000 was applied per identified issues.
